05 / THE DETAILS BEHIND THE DESIGN

Technical Specifications

Explore material, format, installation and care information. Confirm the selected product’s specifications and suitability for your project before ordering.

Product details below are stated in the supplied technical datasheet. They are not independent test results or certification.

Materials & Formats

Construction

Handmade, high-relief designer tiles.

Tile bodies

Ceramic and porcelain bodies are listed in the supplied datasheet.

Single-piece formats

Sizes listed in the supplied datasheet:

  • 20 × 20 cm
  • 30 × 30 cm
  • 60 × 60 cm
  • 90 × 60 cm
  • 160 × 80 cm
  • 120 × 60 cm
  • 240 × 120 cm

Confirm the available body, finish and collection for each format before ordering.

Thickness

8–9 mm

Confirm whether this includes the relief profile for your selected product.

Weight & packing

Weight depends on the selected size and is supplied in the packing list. Request product-specific weight and packing details before ordering.

Country of origin

Made in India.

Performance & Applications

Water absorption

Vitrified body: below 0.5%. High-density decorative ceramic body: below 3%.

Source-stated values apply to the named bodies. Confirm the body and specification of the selected product; these are not a universal rating.

Surface hardness

Mohs hardness: 5–6, as stated in the supplied datasheet.

Primary application

Vertical wall cladding and high-relief feature surfaces.

Slip rating

Not applicable in the supplied datasheet. No floor-use suitability is established.

Exterior use

Exterior applications require project-specific confirmation of the selected product and installation system.

Poolside backdrops

The datasheet describes feature walls and water-feature backdrops near pools. Confirm splash, moisture and chemical exposure for the selected product.

Household cleaners

The source describes resistance to normal household cleaners and non-abrasive detergents.

Confirm cleaner compatibility and exposure limits for the selected glaze. Acid compatibility requires confirmation.

Not recommended for use inside active pool tanks.

Installation & Care

These are recommendations from the supplied datasheet. Confirm the substrate, selected tile, exposure and complete installation system with a qualified project specialist; this information does not replace project-specific installation design.

Adhesive recommendation

High-bond polymer-modified tile adhesive, Class C2TE.

Grout & joint spacing

Epoxy grout or non-shrink polymer grout. The source recommends a “minimum 2–3 mm” tile spacer; confirm the joint width for the selected tile and installation.

Exterior anchoring

Mechanical anchoring / dry cladding is recommended in the source for high-rise exterior installations. A qualified project specialist must determine whether anchoring is required and specify the complete system.

Routine care

Clean with a soft brush or microfiber cloth and mild detergent. Confirm cleaner compatibility with the selected glaze and finish.

06 / BEFORE WE BEGIN

A little
clarity.

Custom means considered.
Here are a few things to know.

Can I bring my own artwork?

Absolutely. Begin with a photograph, artwork, pattern, logo, illustration or sketch. We’ll review how it can translate onto tile, including scale and artwork preparation. Please share only work you have permission to use.

What if my idea isn’t fully formed?

An idea is enough to start the conversation. Share your inspiration and tell us about the space. We can discuss the direction and determine what is possible for your project.

Do you work with designers and architects?

Yes. We welcome collaborations with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, artists and other creative professionals.

What sizes and thickness are listed?

The supplied datasheet lists 20 × 20 cm, 30 × 30 cm, 60 × 60 cm, 90 × 60 cm, 160 × 80 cm, 120 × 60 cm, 240 × 120 cm and a thickness of 8–9 mm. Confirm the available body, finish and collection for each format before ordering. Confirm whether this includes the relief profile for your selected product.

Are the tiles ceramic or porcelain?

Ceramic and porcelain bodies are listed in the supplied datasheet. It separately states water absorption below 0.5% for vitrified body and below 3% for high-density decorative ceramic body. Confirm which body and value apply to your chosen product.

Can the tiles be used outdoors?

Exterior applications require project-specific confirmation of the selected product and installation system. Tell us about the exposure, climate, body, finish and format so the requirements can be reviewed before ordering.

Can I use the tiles near a pool or in a wet area?

The datasheet describes feature walls and water-feature backdrops near pools. Confirm splash, moisture and chemical exposure for the selected product. Not recommended for use inside active pool tanks. Other wet-area uses require confirmation of the product and installation system.

Which adhesive, grout and joint spacing are recommended?

The supplied datasheet recommends: High-bond polymer-modified tile adhesive, Class C2TE. Epoxy grout or non-shrink polymer grout. The source recommends a “minimum 2–3 mm” tile spacer; confirm the joint width for the selected tile and installation. Confirm the substrate, exposure and installation design with a qualified project specialist. High-rise exterior anchoring needs a separately specified system.

How should the tiles be cleaned?

Clean with a soft brush or microfiber cloth and mild detergent. Confirm cleaner compatibility with the selected glaze and finish.

Where can I find weight and packing information?

Weight depends on the selected size and is supplied in the packing list. Request product-specific weight and packing details before ordering.

How long will my project take, and what will it cost?

Each project is quoted individually. Size, quantity, artwork preparation, design complexity and finishing requirements influence cost and timing. An estimate can be provided after your project details are reviewed.

Do you arrange installation?

Installation arrangements and requirements depend on the project and location. Mention any installation support you need in your enquiry so we can discuss the options.
